The driver of a Harley Davidson motorcycle was airlifted this morning to Cartersville Medical Center after being involved in a two-vehicle wreck on I-75.

According to information from the Georgia State Patrol in Cartersville:

The wreck, which occurred at 9:43 a.m., involved a pickup truck and the motorcycle at mile marker 298. Traffic was cleared around 11 a.m. in the northbound lanes and moving again.

The motorcyclist was reported to have serious head injuries from the wreck.
