Sarah Rebekah Tinch and Eric Forrest Rice, both of Calhoun, were united in holy matrimony on Feb. 27, 2011 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.

The afternoon ceremony was performed by Ron Bentley Jr., uncle of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Melanie and Mike Tinch. She is the granddaughter of Linda Bentley and the late Ronald Bentley Sr. and Jean and Bill Tinch, all of Calhoun.

The groom is the son of Teresa and Randy Rice. His grandparents are Francis West and the late Gabby West and John Rice and the late Thelma Rice, all of Calhoun.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their family had dinner at Barnsley Gardens in Adairsville.

The bride and groom spent their honeymoon in Venice. After the returned from Italy, a reception was given in their honor at the Calhoun Convention Center, March 19.

The couple resides in Calhoun.
