WEEK 5 – OCTOBER 10 – 13, 2011

MONDAY, OCTOBER 10

11 & 12 - TACKLE

Jackets (34) vs. Gordon County Bulldogs (0)

In the first quarter the Jackets Jakeenon Dixon scored on a 44 yard touchdown and Ryan McCallion scored the extra point. Justin Winters scored on a 5 yard touchdown run and Bralin Barton scored the extra point. In the second quarter Bralin Barton scored on a 47 yard touchdown run and James O’Shields scored the extra point. In the third quarter Bralin Barton scored on a 25 yard touchdown run. In the fourth quarter McCallion scored on a 15 yard touchdown run and Calen James scored the extra point.

Jackets: Ryan McCallion, Bailey Lester, James O’Shields and Matthew Ralston all had 3 tackles; Drew Johnson and Taylor Miller each had 2 tackles; Jakeenon Dixon, Matthew Myers, Calen James, and Cole Perez each had 1 tackle.

Gordon County Bulldogs: John Graves and Dakota Allen each had 3 tackles; Trevor Hylton and Dakota McGinnis had 2 tackles; Dallas Gibson, Cody Wolf, Cole Wooten and Braydon Banks each had 1 tackle.

Packers (14) vs. Redskins (0)

Kelan Stepp scored for the Packers in the first quarter on a 61 yard run and Wayne Freeman kick was good for the extra points. Stepp scored again in the fourth quarter on a 2 yard run touchdown run.

Packers: Wayne Freeman lead the Packer defense with 8 tackles; J.C. Fuller had 3 tackles; Kelan Stepp, Ben King, and Bryce Bakken all had 2 tackles; Zaequan Curtis, Dorian McConnell and Dustin Freeman each had 1 tackle.

Redskins: Jackson Butler and Luke Jones each had 4 tackles; Christian Ponder and Hunter Payne both had 2 tackles; Trey Fair, Jess Ralston, Andrew Fisher, and Tripp Hoblitzell each had 1 tackle. Will Whittenburg also recovered a fumble in the 2nd quarter.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11

9 & 10 TACKLE

Giants (27) vs. Eagles (0)

The Giants Davis Allen scored the first touchdown of the game on an 8 yard touchdown run and Grant Gilmer scored the extra point. Gilmer scored the second touchdown of the quarter on a 21 yard touchdown run. Gilmer also scored the extra point. In the second quarter Matt Fletcher scored on a 2 yard touchdown run and Seth Wolfe scored the extra point. In the third quarter Gabe Ross scored on a 41 yard touchdown run.

Giants: Hayes Carpenter lead the Giants defense with 5 tackles; Davis Allen and Gabe Ross each had 4 tackles; Caden Charles, Matt Fletcher, Jaedan Curtis, Grant Gilmer, and Ethan Crump all had 2 tackles; Brody Bond, Bryson Fowler and Nathan Hannigan each had 1 tackle. Jaedan Curtis, Caden Charles, and Brody Bond all had fumble recoveries. Davis Allen also had an interception in the second quarter.

Eagles: Kendez Griffin had 4 tackles; Chandler Serritt had 3 tackles; John Knight and Cole Greeson each had 2 tackles.

Cowboys (14) vs. Bulldogs (0)

The Cowboys scored their first touchdown in the 2nd quarter on a 4 yard touchdown run by Cameron Pierce and Brett Garland scored the extra point. The Cowboys scored again in the 3rd quarter on a 27 yard touchdown run by Carson Speer. Pierce scored the extra point.

Cowboys: Cameron Pierce had 7 tackles for the Cowboys; Eric McKnight and Carson Perez each had 6 tackles; Carson Speer had 3 tackles; Brett Garland and Reece Poe both had 2 tackles; Wes McCormick, Nathan Davis, Ben Burns and Rob Kessler all had 1 tackle.

Bulldogs: Kylis Harris, Drew Rutledge, and Dawson Hamby all had 3 tackles; Mason Ray, Matthew McCanless, Ryder Williams, and Drake Boyer each had 2 tackles; Cade Ford, Will Holden, Hunter Wilbanks, and Jackson Murray each had 1 tackle.

Falcons (19) vs. Tigers (0)

The Falcons Zack Fuller scored in the first quarter on an 11 yard touchdown run. Zeke Brown scored the extra point. Fuller scored again for the Falcons in the second quarter on a ten yard touchdown run. Zeke Brown scored the final Falcons touchdown in the fourth quarter.

Falcons: Joshua Hales had 5 tackles; Zack Fuller had 4 tackles; Zeke Brown and Elijah Baldridge each had 3 tackles; Logan Parker, and Julian Ipac each had 2 tackles; Dakota Southerland, Jeremiah Petty, and

Darius Trammell each had 1 tackle. Nolan Stinson recovered a fumble in the first quarter. Hales had an interception in the 3rd quarter.

Tigers: Joseph Pacheco had 7 tackles; Colton Richards and Nelson Gravitt had 4 tackles; Brandon Burris had 3 tackles; Matthew Morrison and Dawson Williams each had 2 tackles; Davin Buckner, Will Bryant, Caleb Boone and Colby Hall each had 1 tackle. Bryant had a fumble recovery in the 4th quarter.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12

Jackets (25) vs. Ducks (0)

The Jackets Jakeenon Dixon scored the first touchdown in the first quarter on a 21 yard run. Justin Winter scored a 48 yard touchdown for the Jackets in the second quarter. Dixon scored again for the Jackets on a 57 yard touchdown run. Bralin Barton scored the final Jacket touchdown in the fourth quarter on a 45 yard touchdown run.

Jackets: Brett Potts lead the Jackets defense with 6 tackles; Matthew Ralston and Cole Perez had 5 tackles; Bailey Lester had 4 tackles; Bralin Barton had 3 tackles; Ryan McCallion, Trey Prater and Taylor Miller each had 2 tackles; Drew Johnson, Jakeenon Dixon, and Matthew Myers each had 1 tackle. Matthew Ralson recovered a Ducks fumble in the first quarter.

Ducks: Andrew Brumlow had 3 tackles; Bryson Davis had 2 tackles; Maddox Parrott, Triston Kight, Brock Bates, Jack Holbrook, Alon Burdette, and Timothy Mullins each had 1 tackle. Brock Bates recovered a Jackets fumble in the second quarter.

Bartow Co. Colonels – Blue (53) vs. Calhoun Redskins (0)

The Calhoun Redskins hosted the Bartow Co. Colonels in the final game of the season for the Redskins. Jess Ralson had 2 tackles for the Redskins; Cole Story had 1 tackle. Luke Jones had 10 yards rushing for the Redskins offense.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2011

Jets (19) vs. Tigers (12)

The Jets Chayson Brown scored the first touchdown of the night on a 5 yard run in the first quarter. The Tigers Cash Goble had a 78 yard touchdown run in the second quarter. In the third quarter Brown scored the Jets second touchdown with a 63 yard touchdown run. The Tigers Goble tied the game up in a 1 yard touchdown in the fourth quarter. At the end of regulation play the score was tied. In sudden death the Jets Johnny Washington scored winning the game.

Jets: Chayson Brown had 7 tackles; Dylan Faulkner had 6 tackles; Ethan Hendrix had 4 tackles; Brandon Putnam, Joseph Garrard and Cade Hendrix each had 3 tackles; Corbin Fuller and Julius McDaniel each had 2 tackles; Johnny Washington, Donovan Hendrix and Ashten Meadows each had 1 tackle.

Tigers: Cash Goble had 6 tackles; Trip Moore, Brett Bradley, Taylor Land, Brendan Gray, and Matthew Petty each had 3 tackles; Camran Dodd had 2 tackles; Jaden Kennedy and Kyle Howey both had 1 tackle.

Bulldogs (21) vs. Jackets (0)

The Bulldogs Jaden Brock scored the first Bulldog touchdown with a 53 yard touchdown run. Jackson Hamby scored the extra point. Mason Walker scored the second Bulldog touchdown in the second quarter. Brock scored the third touchdown for the Bulldogs in the third quarter, and Jackson Hamby scored the extra point.

Bulldogs: Dante Morton had 4 tackles; Jackson Hamby had 3 tackles; Jeremiah Wheaton and Mason Walker had 2 tackles; Isaac Nance, Jaden Brock, Mason Green, Carter Johnson, and Daniel Brooks each had 1 tackle.

Jackets: Skyler Crane, Peyton Parker, Kaleb Ray, Peyton Myers, Cole Speer, Ryan Baldwin, and Andon Lewis each had 2 tackles; Jake Raines and Garrett Wilbanks each had 1 tackle.

Titans (19) vs. Giants (7)

The Titans Christopher Lewis scored the first touchdown on a 16 yard run in the first quarter. Cooper Harmon scored the extra point. Harmon scored on a 5 yard run in the second quarter. In the third quarter Lewis scored on a 25 yard touchdown run. The Giants Santino Jones scored on a 7 yard touchdown run and John Barnes scored the extra point.

Titans: Christopher Lewis had 4 tackles; Lex Walraven, Hunter Lance, and Nathan Fuller each had 3 tackles; Zane Allen and Jacob Tolson both had 2 tackles; Christian Lewis, Bryson Lofton, Alden Shellhouse, and Cooper Harmon all had 1 tackle.

Giants: Santino Jones had 5 tackles; Gavin Velarde had 4 tackles; Elijah Futch had 3 tackles; Sabien Macon had 2 tackles; Caleb McFarland, Owen Hall, Jaxx Knight and John Barnes all had 1 tackles. Corey Creese recovered a Titans fumble in the fourth quarter.
