“I’m always laughing and making the best of everything,” Logan said. “Even at work, I’m crazy.”
Logan said she often listens to heavy rock music or rap music while she prepares her meals at home.
Logan cooks mostly for herself and her 8-year-old son Kadin, but admitted that she prefers to cook when she has friends or family over.
“It gets boring cooking for two so I’m always trying to create new stuff,” Logan said. “I never cook the same thing over and over again.”
Logan said that she learned her cooking skills from her “Maw Maw” when she was younger.
“When I was little my Maw Maw and I would always bake cakes and pies together,” Logan said. “I remember being in her kitchen with flour and eggs and everything all over the kitchen, but she didn’t care because we were having fun.”
Logan said her skills progressed after she had Kadin. Since then she has perfected Kadin’s favorite recipe of Sloppy Joes.
When she isn’t working, cooking or taking care of her son she invites her friends and family over for different festivities.
Logan said she enjoys making smores over bonfires, hosting cookouts, playing board games and entertaining during movie nights.
Today Logan is sharing her most requested recipes of Broccoli Chicken Casserole and Sausage Rolls.
