Frontier Communications (NYSE: FTR) recently introduced a new program that provides active members and reservists of the United States Armed Forces an additional discount on their Frontier bundled service offerings. Service men and women may save $5 on their already low double play bundle of services or $10 on their triple play bundle of services under a current price protection plan.

Frontier Communications has a presence in Fairmount, Ga.

“To show our appreciation to those who serve our nation and protect our freedoms, Frontier is instituting this additional discount,” stated Mike Byrd, Frontier General Manager. “Frontier has a proud history of supporting our troops. We entered into a Veteran Employment Partnership Program agreement with the U.S. Army Reserves and National Guard in the Spring of 2011 and Frontier boasts a veteran employee base of nearly 10 percent or 1,500.”

Customers that serve in the Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard or National Guard (active and reserves) are eligible. Discounts can be combined with some plan discounts that customers may already be receiving. Call for details.
