Mr. and Mrs. Eric Dustin Jones were united in marriage by Dr. Bert Vaughn at he Calhoun First Baptist church on Jan. 8, 2011 at 6 p.m. The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Winslow Sloan III.
The bride wore her mother’s wedding gown and her flowers were beautiful vintage white roses. The groom wore the traditional black tuxedo. When pronounced husband and wife, the couple were surrounded by a church full of friends and family.
A reception was held after the ceremony at the Harris Arts Center and entertainment was provided by the Tams.
The night prior to the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was given by Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Craig Jones, the parents of the groom, at the Velo Vineyard. Numerous pre-marital parties were given in honor of the couple by their friends and family.
After a honeymoon to the Caribbean, the couple will reside in Calhoun.
