YOUTH FOOTBALL REPORT

WEEK 4 – OCTOBER 3 – 8, 2011

MONDAY, OCTOBER 3

7 & 8 TACKLE

Bulldogs (18) vs. Titans (7)

Dante Morton scored all three of the Bulldog touchdowns finishing the day with 157 yards rushing. Christian Lewis scored the Titans touchdown on a 12 yard run. Christopher Lewis scored the extra point for the Titans.

Bulldogs: Isaac Nance had 4 tackles; Dante Morton had 3 tackles; Jackson Hamby and Mason Walker had 2 tackles; Hayden Poarch and Daniel Brooks each had 1 tackle. Mason Green also recovered a fumble for the Bulldogs.

Titans: Camden Charles and Bryson Lofton each had 5 tackles; Cooper Harmon had 4 tackles; Lex Walraven, Christian Lewis, and Hunter Lance each had 3 tackles; Christopher Lewis had 2 tackles; Kenrick Kirby, Dalyn Harris, Jacob Tolson, and Nathan Fuller each had 1 tackle.

Jets (13) vs. Jackets (6)

Chayson Brown scored the first touchdown of the night for the Jets in the second quarter. Johnny Washington scored a Jets touchdown in the third quarter and Chayson Brown completed a pass to Dylan Faulkner for the extra point. The Jackets Cole Speer scored on a 95 yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter.

Jets: Brandon Putnam had 4 tackles for the Jets; Dylan Faulkner had 3 tackles; Corbin Fuller had 2 tackles; Chayson Brown, Brad Stone, Joseph Garrard, Ethan Hendrix, and Johnny Washington all had 1 tackle. Brandon Putnam had a fumble recovery in the fourth quarter.

Jackets: Cole Speer had 6 tackles for the Jackets; Drako Owens had 4 tackles; Jake Raines and Kaleb Ray each had 3 tackles; Skyler Crane and Ryan Baldwin both had 2 tackles; Copelan Brown and Andon Lewis both had 1 tackle.

Tigers (20) vs. Giants (7)

Brett Bradley had an impressive day for the Tigers rushing for 214 yards and scoring each of the Tigers touchdowns. Cash Goble scored the extra point for the Tigers first touchdown. The Giants Santino Jones scored on a 65 yard touchdown run in the third quarter. Owen Hall scored the extra point.

Tigers: Matthew Petty had 4 tackles; Brendan Gray had 3 tackles; Camran Dodd had 2 tackles; Brett Bradley, Cash Goble, and Luke Hawkins each had 1 tackle. Camran Dodd recovered a fumble in the third quarter.

Giants: Santino Jones lead the Giants with 6 tackles; Owen Hall and Omar West each had 4 tackles; Sabien Macon had 1 tackle. Omar West recovered a fumble for the Giants in the third quarter.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2011

11 & 12 - TACKLE

Jackets (21) vs. Redskins (8)

The Redskins Luke Jones scored the Redskins touchdown on a 4 yard run. Christian Ponder kicked the extra points. In the third quarter Justin Winters scored on a 13 yard touchdown. Bailey Lester completed his pass to Jakeenon Dixon for the extra point. In the fourth quarter Justin Winters scored on a 14 yard touchdown run. Winters also scored the extra point. Ryan McCallion scored a Jackets touchdown on a 30 yard touchdown run. Winters scored the extra point.

Jackets: Drew Johnson, Ryan McCallion, and Bralin Barten all had 4 tackles; Brett Potts and Jakeenon Dixon each had 3 tackles; Bailey Lester and Cole Perez each had 2 tackles; Tyler Putnam, Matthew Meyers, and Taylor Miller all had 1 tackle. Trey Prater and Drew Johnson each recovered a Redskins fumble.

Redskins: Trey Fair, Jess Ralston, and Hunter Payne each had 3 tackles for the Redskins; Luke Jones had 2 tackles; and John Roberts, Jackson Butler, and Tripp Hoblitzell each had 1 tackle. Jess Ralston recovered a fumble in the second quarter.

Packers (26) vs. Ducks (0)

The Packers Zacquan Curtis scored the first touchdown of the night on a 5 yard run. Kelan Stepp scored the second Packer touchdown on a 14 yard touchdown run. Both touchdowns were scored in the second quarter. In the third quarter Rhett Abernathy completed his pass to Curtis for another Packer touchdown. Wayne Freeman was good on his extra point kick. In the fourth quarter J.C. Fuller scored on a 7 yard touchdown.

Packers: J.C. Fuller had 5 tackles; Jake Fricks, Wayne Freeman, and Dustin Freeman each had 2 tackles; Kelan Stepp, Rhett Abernathy, Ben King, Bryce Bakken, Matthew Tuttolomondo and Zach Hall each had 1 tackle. Zacquan Curtis recovered a Ducks fumble in the fourth quarter.

Ducks: Triston Kight, Jack Holbrook, James Prater, and Timothy Mullins each had 4 tackles; Andrew Brumlow, Rhett Burgess, and Alon Burdette each had 1 tackle.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2011

9 & 10 – TACKLE

Cowboys (21) vs. Tigers (0)

The Cowboys Eric McKnight scored in the second quarter on a 3 yard touchdown run. Carson Speer scored the extra point. In the third quarter Hunter Hartsfield scored on a 3 yard touchdown run for the Cowboys and Speer completed his pass to Brett Garland for the extra point. Cameron Pierce scored a 27 yard touchdown for the Cowboys in the third quarter. Wes McCormick scored the extra point.

Cowboys: Carson Speer and Joshua Tolson each had 3 tackles; Hunter Hartsfield, Ben Burns, and Ian Harrell all had 2 tackles; Eric McKnight and Peyton Lorren both had 1 tackle. Nathan Davis had an interception in the fourth quarter.

Tigers: Dawson Williams had a big defensive day with 7 tackles; Joseph Pacheco had 5 tackles; Colton Richards and Davin Buckner each had 3 tackles; Nelson Gravitt, Will Bryant, Caleb Boone all had 2 tackles; Dawson Kerns, Trent Walker, and Stephen Stacy each had a tackle.

Bulldogs (7) vs. Giants (0) – Overtime

The Bulldogs and Giants remained scoreless throughout regulation play. The Bulldogs Drew Rutledge scored in sudden death. Mason Ray scored the extra point winning the game for the Bulldogs.

Bulldogs: Jackson Murray lead the Bulldogs defense with 5 tackles; Drew Rutledge and Dawson Hamby each had 4 tackles; Collin Baggett and Kylis Harris each had 3 tackles; Greg Carr and Ryder Williams both had 2 tackles; Bryce Bates, Matthew McCanless and Drake Boyer both had a tackle.

Giants: Davis Allen lead the Giants defense with 5 tackles; followed by Matt Fletcher and Jaedan Curtis with 4 tackles; Grant Gilmer had 3 tackles; Bryson Fowler had 2 tackles; Seth Wolfe, Caden Charles, and Thomas Ross both had 1 tackle.

Falcons (21) vs. Eagles (0)

The Falcons scored in the first quarter on a 35 yard touchdown run by Zack Fuller and Joshua Hales scored the extra point. Fuller scored his second touchdown of the day on a 5 yard touchdown and Logan Parker scored the extra point. In the fourth quarter Zeke Brown scored on a 14 yard touchdown and Zack Fuller scored the extra point.

Falcons: Julian Ipac had 3 tackles; Jeremiah Petty had 2 tackles; Dakota Southerland and Joshua Hales each had 1 tackle. Zack Fuller recovered a fumble in the 3rd quarter.

Eagles: Drew Pate had 5 tackles; Kendez Griffin had 4 tackles; Cole Greeson and Ethan Tibbs both had 3 tackles; Chandler Serritt and Blade Bryant had 2 tackles; Collin Prater, Andrew Gallman and Bailey Whitfield each had 1 tackle. Blade Bryant recovered a fumble in the 3rd quarter.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2011

7 & 8 –TACKLE

Giants (7) vs. Jackets (0)

The Giants Elijah Futch scored in the first quarter on a 58 yard run. Galvin Valande scored the extra point. Neither team scored the remainder of the game.

Giants: The defense was lead by Elijah Futch with 7 tackles; Omar West finished the day with 6 tackles; Santino Jones hade 5 tackles; Caleb McFarland and Jaxx Knight each had 2 tackles; Jebb Knight, Sabien Macon, Gavin Velarde, and Corey Creese each had 1 tackle.

Jackets: The Jackets defense was lead by Peyton Parker and Ryan Baldwin with 3 tackles each; Skyler Crane and Cole Speer both had 2 tackles; Andon Lewis had 1 tackle.

Titans (12) vs. Tigers (0)

The Titans scored their first touchdown in the first quarter on a 1 yard touchdown run by Lex Walraven. Neither team scored again until the 4th quarter when the Titans Christopher Lewis scored on a 17 yard touchdown run.

Titans: Lex Walraven, Christopher Lewis, Bryson Lofton, and Hunter Lance each had 3 tackles; Cooper Harmon and Zane Allen each both had 2 tackles; Christian Lewis, Jacob Tolson and Nathan Fuller all had 1 tackle.

Tigers: Brett Bradley and Kaleb Shuggart both had 2 tackles; Cash Goble, Jaden Kennedy, Luke Hawkins, Brendan Gray and D’Andre McIntosh each had 1 tackle.

Bulldogs (19) vs. Jets (0)

Dante Morton scored all three of the Bulldogs touchdowns against the Jets. Dante’s first touchdown was on a 70 yard run in the first quarter. In the second quarter Morton scored on an eighty yard run, and Jaden Brown scored the extra point. In the fourth quarter Morton scored on a 5 yard touchdown run. Dante Morton finished the game with 157 yards rushing.

Bulldogs: Isaac Nance and Mason Green finished the game with 5 tackles; Jeremiah Wheaton, Jackson Hamby, and Mason Walker each had 4 tackles; Jaden Brock had 3 tackles; Wyatt Brumlow and Hayden Poarch had 2 tackles; Dante Morton and Rhett Carden each had 1 tackle.

Jets: Dylan Faulkner had 4 tackles; Brandon Putnam and Corbin Fuller each had 2 tackles; Chayson Brown, Joseph Garrard, Cade Hendrix, Ethan Hendrix, Blane Wilson, and Johnny Washington each had 1 tackle.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2011

11 & 12 – TACKLE

Packers (6) vs. Jackets (0)

Kelan Stepp scored the Packers touchdown in the 2nd quarter on a 16 yard run. Zacquan Curtis had 56

yards rushing; Kelen Stepp had 39 yards rushing; and J.C. Fuller had 15 yards rushing.

Packers: J.C Fuller and Dorian McConnell each had 5 tackles; Wayne Freeman and Matthew

Tuttolomondo each had 4 tackles; Kelan Stepp, Zacquan Curtis, and Dustin Freeman all had 3 tackles;

Rhett Abernathy and Bryce Bakken both had 1 tackle.

Jackets: Bailey Lester, Justin Winters, Brett Potts, and Matthew Ralston all had 3 tackles; Drew Johnson,

Ryan McCallion, James O’Sheilds, and Bralin Barten each had 2 tackles; Cole Perez had 1 tackle.

Ducks (8) vs. Redskins (6)

The Redskins scored in the first quarter on a 46 yard touchdown run by Luke Jones. The Ducks scored in

the second quarter on a 1 yard touchdown run by Timothy Mullins. Mullins was also good on the point

after attempt to put the Ducks ahead.

Ducks: Jack Holbrook, James Prater, and Bryson Davis all lead the Ducks defense with 4 tackles each;

Rhett Burgess had 3 tackles; Maddox Parrott, Triston Kight, Andrew Brumblow, and Timothy Mullins

each had 2 tackles; Andrew Clements had 1 tackle.

Redskins: Trey Fair and Will Whittenberg each had 5 tackles; Tigger Frix and Jackson Fuller each had 4

tackles; Jess Ralston and Tripp Hoblitzell each had 3 tackles; Owen Williams had 2 tackles; Christian

Ponder, Cole Story, Hunter Payne and Joshua Cross each had 1 tackle.
