Mr. H.A. Mullins, 80, of Calhoun, passed away Monday, December 31, 2012 at Floyd Medical Center. He was born in Whitfield County on October 5, 1932, son of the late Henry Adam and Estelle Morgan Mullins.

Survivors include his wife, Aleen Baker Mullins of the residence; children, Mary Ross of Dalton, Alvin and Patricia Mullins of Savannah, Ricky Mullins of Texas, Cathy and Andy Snyder of Calhoun, Johnny and Beverly Mullins of Ringgold, Debra and Tim Teems of Dalton, Rose and Jason Daniels of Dalton, and Tammy Mullins of Chattanooga, Tenn.; and brothers and sisters, Bill Mullins of Chatsworth, Clifford Mullins of Chatsworth, Lester Mullins of Resaca, Jean Thomas of Chatsworth, Annie Mae Foxx of Crandell, Ruth Wilkins of Dalton, and Nancy Sue Pierce of Dalton. Twenty-six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. H.A. Mullins were held Thursday, January 3 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Greg Nichols and Rev. Wayne Owenby officiating. Interment followed in the Fain Cemetery. Active pallbearers included Joe Mullins, Thomas Seay, Jackie Seay, A.J. Seay, Ricky Seay, and Timothy Snyder. Honorary pallbearers were Jason Daniels and Gary Jackson.

The Mullins family received friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Wednesday after 5 p.m.
