Mr. Kenneth Eugene Muse, 57, of Tilton, died Friday December 28 at his residence following several months declining health. Mr. Muse was born in Whitfield County on March 19, 1955, son of the late Leon and Edith Burns Muse. He attended Valley Point School, was an accomplished Guitarist, Master Carpenter and Woodworker, and enjoyed fishing and motorcycling. He adored his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved to spend time with them. Mr. Muse was preceded in death by four sisters; Francis Mullins, Barbara Kennedy, Betty Dean and Carolyn Parker and by two brothers; Authur Muse and Gary Muse. He was a member of the Way of the Cross Church in Sugar Valley.

Survivors include his wife, Janieth Hibberts Muse, daughters; Tina Diane Stewart and her husband Dave of Nicklesville Community and Chattie and Joedy Agan of Cartersville, Ga. Sons; Kenneth Leon Muse and his wife April of Nicklesville, Community, Arnie Brown and his wife Amanda of Pine Log, Jay Eller of Dalton and Jerry Eller of Orlando, Fla. Sisters, Gail Roden and her husband David of Ranger and Helen Massingill of Sugar Valley. One brother, Hershel Muse of Resaca. Fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Kenneth Eugene Muse were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 30 from The Way of the Cross Church with Rev. Jerry Green officiating. Music was arranged by the Traveling by Faith Singers and interment followed in Love Joy Cemetery. Pallbearers included; Johnny Underwood, David Roden, Greg Newberry, David Hand, Ronnie Muse and Daniel Muse. Honorary pallbearers include Steve Massingill and Tony Massingill.

The family of Kenneth Eugene Muse received friends Saturday December 29 after 3 p.m. at the Way of the Cross Church, 479 Bayview Drive, Sugar Valley, GA until the funeral hour on Sunday. Online condolences may be expressed and the guestbook signed at www.maxbrannonandsons.com.
