Calhoun Police arrested Claudia Guevara, of a Henderson Bend Road address, on Wednesday after she allegedly failed to stop for a school bus as it was unloading children.

Police say the school bus came to a stop on Red Bud Road, with it’s lights flashing and stop sign out, but Guevara kept driving and passed the bus.

She was charged with failure to stop for a school bus unloading and no license. Police reports indicate it was the third time Guevara was charged with driving without a license.
