Congressman Tom Graves recently visited Sonoraville High School and proclaimed FBLA week for the State of Georgia and Sonoraville High School February 10-16 and Career Technical Education for the month of February.

The business students were able to meet and talk with Congressman Graves.

The Future Business Leaders of America officers also shared some of the plans with Congressmen Graves for the 2013 FBLA week celebration at Sonoraville High School.

The purpose of FBLA week is to celebrate Future Business Leaders of America and increase awareness of the service, education and progress that this organization is responsible for.

The purpose of Career and Technical Education Month is to urge all citizens to become familiar with the programs, disciplines and benefits offered in all public middle and high schools of this State of Georgia and to support and participate in these programs to enhance the individual work skills and productivity of students of the 21st century.
