Sonoraville's Jackson Murray (seated, second from left) signed a scholarship on Thursday to play football at the University of the Cumberlands (Williamsburgh, Kent.)

Murray said of signing the scholarship: "It's exciting. They have a winning program and a great atmosphere. I liked it a lot because of the attitude there which is to win championships."

Also attending the signing were: Mother Marilark Murray (front row, from left), Father Roger Murray, position coach Nolan Baker, Sonoraville Principal Bruce Potts (back row, from left), Athletic Director and basketball head coach Brent Mashburn and football head coach Roger Gentry.
