The cause of the fire is still under investigation and the loss has yet to be determined.

The fire heavily damaged approximately 25 percent of the building; some water and smoke damage occurred in portions of the building not involved in the fire.

The Calhoun Fire Department received a call in regards to a structure fire at Brumlow Mills, located on South River St., on February 25 at 8:45 p.m.
